Bonfire & Fireworks
Latest news: Galmpton Bonfire Night is going ahead as planned. Come along and help and enjoy getting involved. Hedgehog inspection on the morning of Fir 1st Nov .The night begins in the lower field at 6.30pm, with the bonfire lighting ceremony. You are welcome to arrive early at 5.30pm and take part in the fire torch procession, which gathers at the entrance for a park tour. The entertainment follows on to include a Pyrotechnic Light Display, starting at 7.30pm.The cost of the tickets reflect the charge for hiring ‘Celebration Pyrotechnics’ of Bodmin and for preparing the large bonfire. Free car parking is available on site with access via the main entrance.
Vocal group Duncan and Stav will be on stage initially followed by Soloist Rob Hunt after the fireworks. We expect the evening to finish between 8.45pm - 9.00pm .Sat 2nd November is a reserve night, available in case torrential rain is forecast on Friday and the event is postponed 24hrs. Please note family ticket only available in advance. Tickets are also available from The Galleon Stores and Manor Inn, both in Galmpton. Early purchase is recommended. Infants 2 years and under free.
